THEME: THAHARAH

Taharah means purification. Tharah according to the Shariah 'is purification of hadas and unclean.
Purifying has two parts:
1. Purification of hadas, that is; by doing wudlu, bathing, and tayamum.
2. Clean from unclean, that is; removes impurities in the body, place and clothing.
a. Various kinds of water
Water that can be used for purification is clean water (holy and purifying), that is water that falls from the sky or comes out of the earth that has not been used for purification.
Holy and purifying water include:
1. Rainwater
2. Well water
3. Sea water
4. River water
5. Snow water
6. Lake water
7. Dew water
b. Water Distribution
In terms of the law, the water is divided into four parts:
1. Holy and purifying water.
Namely absolute water means water that is still pure, can be used to purify with no makruh.
2. Holy water and can purify, but makruh used.
Namely, musammas water (water heated by the sun) in a metal container that is not gold.
3. Holy water but cannot purify.
Like musta'mal water (water that has been used to purify) to remove the hadas or unclean even though it does not change color, smell, and taste.
4. Mutual water,
Yatu water that is unclean (unclean entry), while the amount is less than two kulah, so this kind of water is not holy and cannot purify. If more than two kalah and does not change its nature, then it is legal to purify.

What is meant by two stakes is the same as 217 liters, if shaped like a tub, then the size is 62.4 cm long, 62.4 cm wide, and 62.4 cm deep or high.
